AuraMaxxGG is a live beta. Features, pricing, contracts, market mechanics, and available collections can change while the product is under active development.

We may add, modify, pause, or remove features, collections, integrations, or pricing models without prior notice. By using AuraMaxxGG, you represent that you are legally permitted to use the service where you are located and can agree to these terms.

Your AuraMaxxGG account uses a passkey-linked self-custody smart wallet. You, not AuraMaxxGG, control the wallet and approve the actions available to it.

We do not recover lost private keys, restore lost wallets, or reverse confirmed onchain transfers. Protect your passkey and any synced passkey devices accordingly.

Some actions require your wallet or passkey signature directly. Some flows may also offer an optional delegated marketplace approval so approved actions can execute within stated limits and expiry windows.

Review delegated approvals carefully. They are scoped, limited, and revocable, but any transaction validly signed or submitted before revocation may still settle onchain.

Agents, packs, cards, and other digital items on AuraMaxxGG are software-mediated onchain collectibles. They are not bank accounts, stored value, securities, insurance products, or promises of future utility or profit.

Prices, liquidity, rarity outcomes, creator earnings, and secondary demand can change quickly. We do not guarantee resale opportunities, floor prices, creator revenue, uptime, or future support for any specific collection, feature, or market.

AuraMaxxGG offers several marketplace actions — minting, buying, selling, and pawning — each with different mechanics, pricing sources, and risk profiles. See the FAQ for a plain-language breakdown of each action.

Prices displayed are informational quotes at a point in time. The actual execution price, inventory result, or fill route may differ because of market movement, fees, liquidity changes, or onchain state between quote and confirmation. Once a transaction is confirmed onchain, it is generally final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.

Marketplace transactions may include network fees, mint fees, protocol fees, referral fees, liquidity fees, and other disclosed amounts. Fee structures may change as the product evolves, and the transaction flow before you confirm is the source of truth.

You are responsible for taxes, reporting, and any legal obligations that apply to your wallet activity, digital items, or proceeds.

We may limit, pause, or suspend access to AuraMaxxGG, specific collections, or integrations to protect users, comply with law, address abuse, or respond to maintenance, outages, or security issues.

We may also disable or refuse offchain platform features associated with abusive or unlawful use. That does not guarantee reversal of any completed onchain activity.

Nothing on AuraMaxxGG constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. We do not recommend any particular action. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any marketplace action is appropriate for you.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here before it applies to future use of the service, and if changes are material we may also provide an in-product notice or other reasonable notice.

Your continued use of AuraMaxxGG after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
